A real person on our small team reads every message and replies by email. Tell us the email on your account, which device you use (iPhone, iPad, Android, or the website), and what happened. A screenshot helps.

Memberships bought in the app

iPhone and iPad. Explorer and the itinerary unlock are sold through the App Store, so Apple handles the billing. To see, change, or cancel your Explorer membership, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Android. Open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions.

Website. Memberships bought on nationalparkshub.com are managed from your account page.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Explorer until the end of the year you already paid for.

Refunds

Apple and Google process refunds for anything bought through their stores, so we can't issue those ourselves. For App Store purchases, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, use the order in your Google Play account. For website purchases, see section 4 of our Terms or email us.

Delete your account

In the app, open the Passport tab, scroll to Danger Zone, and tap Delete Account. You can also email us from your account email and ask. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, because that billing belongs to Apple or Google. Cancel it in your device settings as described above.

Damaged or wrong item from the shop?

Use the report an issue form so we can see the photos and fix it.
